After an over 3 year search for the correct match, we are excited to announce a
planned breeding expected May of 2009 between Steele and Georgia.  Both of
these dogs are beautifully sound, structurally correct with wonderful movement.
They are both proven workers in harness, with lovely temperaments.  Steele
may have a few surprises up his sleeve in regards to colors produced in this
litter, as he is J's (Wintuk's Gentleman in Black) litter brother.  If you are
interested in one of these puppies, please fill out an application, below.

Steele is a wonderful boy who easily finished his
championship taking a 4 point major and BOS
over two male specials.  For years, he has been
Wintuk's lead dog in harness.    He is the
embodiment of a working show dog who truly
works.  We are very excited we were able to find
him, and love his old style pedigree!
Georgia in very (very) limited showing is pointed
towards her AKC championship - it seems we are
happier to be sledding than showing!  She did take
some time off from sledding this winter and took
reserve to a 5 point major at the MN Specialty in
January of this year under Judge Pat Hastings.
She has all her requirements for her WWPD, and
legs towards her WWPDA, WPD, and WTD.
I'm confident that she will get her WLD title as
well.
A tremendous amount of thought and planning with an emphasis on health, proper structure/movement, and
temperament plus working ability has gone into this breeding.  Both Steele and Georgia are standard sized dogs -
Steele is around 25" and Georgia is around 23", and we expect them to produce standard sized dogs.  We expect
them to produce a variety of gray/white with some sabling - we will not have red or white pups, though seal is a distinct
possibility.  For further information about what we feel is proper breeding, please go to our
Reputable Breeder page.
All of our pups will be properly socialized, raised in the house, exposed to 'true life' (car rides, noises, different
surfaces, the great outdoors, various people and other animals) before they leave our home.  They will be
microchipped as well, and we ask that we remain as the secondary contact.  We raw feed all of our dogs, but will
introduce any pup not going to a raw fed home to kibble before it leaves.  We do not place our pups based on sight
alone.  We will fully evaluate their temperaments and your living situation to ensure the best possible match.  Puppies
will not leave for their new homes until AT LEAST 8 weeks of age, maybe longer, depending on what we feel the pup
needs.  They will be properly de-wormed and vaccinations started.  If you feel Steele and Georgia will produce the
type of malamute you are looking for, please fill out our Puppy Application below.
Steele and Georgia had
2 girls and a boy on
May 27th, 2009.
