| We are blessed to share our lives with several malamutes. Each one has taught, humbled, and at times laughed at us. They have opened up the world of working - sledding, carting, weight pulling, back packing, and demonstrated their heart and drive. They have introduced the triumphs and challenges of the show ring, and have schooled more than learned when it comes to pack behavior and obedience. They are responsible for the many friendships we've made over the years just by participating in these activities. Life without them in it would be very different, perhaps easier at times, and most certainly with less fur, but most decidedly boring. |
